Now that we have started to add different foods and remove others, it’s a good time to be mindful and really start paying attention to how we feel when these changes are made.
These are the types of foods we should include in our daily diets… small intake, great output.
Variety in all our food choices is important, including fiber. Change things up so that you can benefit from all the different types of fiber that are available to us.
You might notice that this list contains some of the same foods that are beneficial to our kidneys...makes it easy to keep adding in the good foods we need. Half the work has already been done. Let’s keep up the good support of a gradual and gentle detox for both our liver and our kidneys.
Just by adding some or all of these foods or herbs to your daily diet will make a difference. Your body will be able to digest and detox more efficiently. You’ll have more energy and feel healthier. This is a lifestyle change and a new way of thinking...and the benefits are limitless.
