Lemon Water

Lemon water.  How can something so simple be so good for you?  It’s deceiving because most people believe that lemons are acidic and sour.  What they don’t know is that lemons also have a lot of minerals and vitamin C — two things we need that do us a lot of good.  Adding the juice of half a lemon to your morning water can help to balance your pH levels, improve digestion, increases liver function and detoxification.  A great start to the day and once you make a habit of this you’ll find it hard to stop or forget because you’ll feel a difference because you simply won’t feel as good as you did the day before.
